Shipping & Delivery
Whilst we will always endeavour to despatch order placed before 1pm on the same day, there are certain products that are non-stock items and need to be made to order. If you require urgent delivery, please call us to check stock availability.
All orders are sent via Fedex or UPS on a 'Next Working Day Service'. This is not a 'timed' service, so we are unable to offer exact times for delivery. If you require a 'timed' delivery, please call us on 01706 815175 to arrange. There will be an additional charge for this service. 
All orders will be shipped free of charge to Mainland UK. Any customers that require shipping to locations outside Mainland UK will need to call us on 01706 815175 to request an individual shipping quote. 
Privacy & Security

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site using a "cookies" stored on your browser.

Returns & Replacements

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations Bentley Fielden Ltd gives customers a 14 day "cooling off" period in which orders can be returned after the delivery date. Upon receipt of the goods, if you require to return/exchange the product(s) you will be personally responsible for return delivery incurring any delivery cost. We do recommend that you pay for a tracked/signed delivery for your protection. Alternatively, we can arrange collection and return at a cost of £20.00. A full refund for the item will be given, less our outgoing postage cost of £8. If you would like to return or exchange your products please contact our Refunds & Exchanges department on 01706 815175 Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm who will note down your request and action accordingly.

Any returned product(s) must be complete, unused, in an undamaged state and returned in their original outer packaging. Bentley Fielden Ltd reserves the right to charge for repair, replacement or repackaging of any products not returned in their original condition. This charge may include the cost of parts, materials, packaging, labour and any subsequent loss to Bentley Fielden Ltd

We accept all major credit & debit cards, for delivery within 3 working days.Payment by cheque is fine, but please allow 7-10 working days for cheque clearance and delivery.All orders will receive a written acknowledgment by return, with current delivery indications.
